Inventory Sales
Controlled by Supplier Orders · use Reconcile to remove rows without a matching Supplier Order
Stock rule: selling any loose box opens the case, so Case Balance becomes 0. Selling a full case makes both Case Balance and Box Balance 0. Reconcile with Customer rebuilds and cross-checks all IP, Series, Case/Box, selling prices and balances against Customer Orders. IP summary below shows remaining box balance.

Latest Recovery SnapshotNone yet
Autosave uses IndexedDB as the primary database and local browser storage as a fallback. Recovery snapshots are kept inside the app. For maximum safety, also use Save Backup regularly and keep the JSON file in OneDrive, Google Drive or another backup location.
How it works
Add or remove IPs, Series and customer groups here. Series are linked to an IP and immediately appear in the Series dropdowns for Supplier Order, Inventory Sales and Customer Order. Items already used by existing records cannot be deleted, helping prevent accidental data changes.
